Hi Dave! Thank you! I would like to tell you what a wonderful job you did!! My first impression was to trust you based on your voice quality and confidence in your insurance knowledge alone; however, my husband's voice spoke in my head reminding me that an excellent "con artist" would sound like an expert. Then, you immediately responded to my fear of that by providing me all the necessary information I would need from you in order to check your credentials on our State's official government web site. And you patiently waited while my computer "froze" etc., until I was finally able to make it work. All your credentials checked out, and you further went the distance while you patiently waited again when I told you I wanted to check Assurity Life's ratings on my Consumer Report's web site. You earned my trust, and the end result was terrific!! I now have a Life Insurance policy approved through Assurity Life. I never thought I could get a life insurance policy, let alone a "low-cost" monthly premium for a $10,000 dollar policy...and through a very good company like Assurity Life. You followed-up on an internet search I did months earlier. I stopped answering the companies that had responded because they had discouraged me from applying. Living without life insurance for five years has weighed heavily on my mind. Every sunrise comes with no guarantees...I do not want to be a financial burden to my family when I physically die. I want all my earthly affairs in order. Thank you Dave for being part of the solution towards this goal. Feeling 100% emotional relief, I can work towards losing weight and eating better...my mind has been renewed! I plan to live past 100 hundred years of age :) I think your phone call was a divine appointment from the dear Lord, who never gives up: whenever we find a problem, God has the solution. All positive feedback. You were extremely patient as this was a long process but at no time did I feel I was being pressured. In the end I felt I went forward with the policy and price to fit my requirements so overall it was a good experience.

First of all I appreciated your approach - and I am not sure how to describe. You were not pushy but stayed in touch……you were always polite, direct and I never felt that you were condescending at all. You are assertive and confident but I didn’t feel arrogance. You gave enough examples or stories of your own information to help me relate too.
You are the first individual I have ever purchased something from online that is as important as LIFE INSURANCE. I almost didn’t go that way simply because when you are invited to meet w/someone in person at your convenience and you're both looking at the same documents it is easier to understand and close the sale. I rec'd so many emails after my initial search for life insurance prices I almost took the stance to delete every response and simply call local insurance salesmen.
Often we spoke during the day and my info was at home on my desk and because I was at work I was very aware of co-workers knowing I was handling 'personal business' during work hours; you understood and patiently followed up.
Last but not least -- I was disappointed in several of my local contacts too. One is my brother-in-law and we have had our home and car insurance with him forever; another local salesman is a cousin of my husband's, and the third local party an individual I consider a friend to my entire family. Of the three locals I contacted - two mailed me the information along with vague quotes; one never mailed me anything (and I was asking them about Life Insurance and Long Term Care), and none of them called me to follow-up or ask me if I had any questions! So while I appreciate not being pushed into a sale, I don't know quite how to look at those three. Either arrogance that I would automatically choose them for my business; OR uncomfortable following up w/a friend or relative. Either way they did not get my business.
You were a gentleman and dealt with me patiently and respectfully. That is the best way to get more business and increase your sales!
